Reimbursement of the admission fee can be requested no later than May 1, 2009, by sending an e-mail renunciation message to
The message should contain the explicit renunciation to the participation, and the data for addressing the reimbursement (see below).
The admission fee will be reimbursed as follows:
- Countries belonging to SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area): European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, by bank transfer to the account specified in the renunciation message (please specify: IBAN code and owner of the bank account);
- All other countries, by check issued by Intesa SanPaolo bank (Milano, Italy) sent via air-mail.
Please specify: the person, or institution, to whom the check should be made payable and
the full mailing address where the check should be sent.
All costs of processing the bank check will be covered by the participant.
